DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

At Metro Living, our primary aim is to supply your order according to the timelines we have committed to you. In the process of delivering you only the best, every item here passes through stringent quality check. We offer you an item only after thoroughly testing it.

For NON-EXPRESS Products – We may need some time to manufacture and supply a product, which is either ‘out of stock’ or ‘made on special request’. It may take 10-15 working days for delivery of your product, to your location.

For EXPRESS Products – We ship an order directly from our warehouse within 2-3 days of confirmation of the order. During Rush or Special seasons, we ship products within 3 – 5 days of confirmation of the order.

For OVERSEAS Sales – Trust us, it will not be that easy for us, but we promise to deliver your product within 25 days of confirmation of the order and after receiving the full payment. We guarantee you that your purchase will value your wait.

Metro Living supplies products to numerous locations across Pan-India. But, currently, we do not cater delivery services to overseas locations. To provide you reliable and quick delivery services, Metro Living dispatches all its product parcels with the use of renowned and professional courier agencies like TrackOn, First Flit, DTDC, and more.

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Metro Living offers free shipping on all pre-paid orders (i.e. on all orders booked via credit cards). For products booked against ‘Cash on Delivery’, we levy nominal amount of shipping charges. In the event of part shipments, concerning to any order, the delivery amount of ‘Cash on Delivery’ products need to be paid at the time of delivery of the first item out of the two.
